1. What is Mashu Mashu Box?

Mashu Mashu Box Subscription is a surprise box with amazing goodies from Israel that you or your loved ones get monthly or quarterly (depending on the type of subscription).

You will receive a box filled with carefully selected and hand-picked unique products from our Food, Beauty, Design, and Lifestyle categories. Only the best of natural, organic goodies delivered to you. Forget the typical cookie-cutter gifts—try our exceptional, hand-picked items from Israel instead!

2. What is the difference between Subscription and Gifts?

With the Subscription, you (or your addressee) will receive a new surprise box every time. In other words, the content of a box will remains a secret until you (or your addressee) open it. It may make you a bit nervous and even anxious, we know! Not knowing is the whole point! We want you to be intrigued! We promise, it will bring joy and is well worth the wait.

All subscriptions are auto-renewed.

If you choose Gifts, you can preview the content of a box and select the one you deem appropriate for you and your addressee. You can have a closer look at every item included in the box and choose the box you like. We will gift-wrap and send it for you. You are not limited by the number of gift boxes. Order as many as needed.

3. Can I send a Mashu Mashu Box as a gift?

Absolutely! There is nothing quite like receiving a surprising gift in the mail. You can order both any of Subscriptions and Gifts as a present. Each of our boxes is carefully designed and packaged to be the perfect gift for your loved ones. Simply choose subscriptions or boxes, let us know that it is a gift in purchase notes, and we will take care of the rest.

 

Subscription

1. How does the subscription work?

Once you’ve decided to treat yourself (or your loved ones) with Mashu Mashu Box Subscriptin, all you need to do is:

  1. Choose the size of a box;
  2. Choose, on how often  and/or on which holiday you or your addressee will get a box;
  3. Fill-out your Billing/Shipping and Payment details;
  4. Receive and enjoy a beautifully designed box with natural, organic, hand-picked tasty and delightful treats for your body and soul all the way from Israel monthly or quarterly (depending on the type of subscription) – brand new and different every time!

You can cancel your subscription any any time.

2. What is monthly/ quarterly subscription?

Once you’ve decided to treat yourself with Mashu Mashu Monthly/ Quarterly Subscription all you need to do is:

    1. Choose one of our subscription boxes by size  (Petite, Boutique or De-Luxe) and by how often you’d like to get a box (monthly or quarterly);

Mashu Mashu Box Holiday Subscription is a surprise box with amazing goodies from Israel that you or your loved ones get on every holiday you mark on the list.

You will receive a box filled with carefully selected and hand-picked unique products from our Food, Beauty, Design, and Lifestyle categories. Only the best of natural, organic goodies delivered to you.

Once you’ve decided to treat yourself with Mashu Mashu Holiday Subscription, all you need to do is:

  1. Choose the size of a box;
  2. Choose on which holiday you or your addressee will get a box;
  3. Fill-out your Billing/Shipping and Payment details;
  4. Receive and enjoy a beautifully designed box with natural, organic, hand-picked tasty and delightful treats for your body and soul all the way from Israel on every holiday you’ve marked in the list.

You can cancel your subscription at any time.

4. How long will my subscription last?

All types of subscription are auto-renewed, so that you could enjoy the Mashu Mashu Boxes for years to come! Trust us – there will be no duplicates (unless they are all-time favorites or traditional)

Every month, quarter or holiday (depending on a subscription type), you or your loved ones will receive a brand new box with a brand new collection of original and unique items designed and produced in Israel.

5. How much does the Subscription box cost?

We introduce you to the finest Israeli products starting from just $29.90 per box.

Choose the box you like most:

Monthly subscription:

  1. Monthly Petite Box – 29.90 $/box
  2. Monthly Boutique Box – 49.90 $/box
  3. Monthly De-Luxe Box – 89.90 $/box

Quarterly subscription:

  1. Quarterly Petite Box – 39.90 $/box
  2. Quarterly Boutique Box – 59.90 $/box
  3. Quarterly De-Luxe Box – 99.90 $/box

Holidays’ subscription:

  1. Holiday Petite Box – 29.90 $/box
  2. Holiday Boutique Box – 69.90 $/box
  3. Holiday De-Luxe Box – 99.90 $/box

Taxes and shipping and delivery charges will be added to your purchase once once you fill out the billing and shipping address

6. Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

We are a bit sad seeing you asking this question. However, should you ever need to terminate your subscription, you can cancel it at any time via your account on our website or by emailing us at hello@mashumashubox.com.

Please note, that if you cancel your subscription AFTER the scheduled subscription payment, you will receive one more box as was pre-scheduled.

7. I canceled my subscription but I am still being charged. What should I do?

In case you canceled your subscription but you are still being charged is most likely because we have already shipped your box after your subscription was canceled.  We ship our boxes according to the schedule – please keep it in mind when canceling your subscription.

With our fast-paced lives and responsibilities ranging from family matters to professional endeavors, it can be challenging to take time out of our daily life to treat ourselves like we deserve. Be it a leisurely cup of tea or coffee, writing down your daily thoughts, ideas, dreams, or simply doodling on a nice stationary, taking care of your skin and body or pampering yourself from time to time with sweet little nothings.

Mashu Mashu Box is your quintessential choice – delicious sweet and savory treats, bath&body products, notebooks and bookmarks, candles, skin and hair care, home decor and other finest and unique products made in Israel (all full-size products rather than sample-sized items).

We choose natural, organic and mostly handmade products from local artists, manufacturers and designers.

We hope the moment you receive our Subscription box will be the moment filled with true delight for you and those you care about, the moment that ignites this inner sparkle, a joy that lasts.

We trust that our Gift boxes bring a sense of excitement and beauty in the mundane or becoming a simple token of appreciation for all who receive them.

2. How many boxes will I get?

For your Subscriptions:

For monthly subscription – 1 box every month

For quarterly subscription – 1 box every quarter a year (approximately April, July, October and January – depending on how long delivery to a particular country takes)

For holiday subscription – 1 box per holiday you have chosen (we’ll do our best to deliver the box on time for you and your loved to enjoy)

All subscriptions are auto-renewed but you can cancel or freeze it at any time.

For your Gifts

You get 1 Gift box if you order one. You are not limited by the number of gift boxes. Order as many as you needed.

3. How many items do I receive in one box?

We hand-pick the best products, scents and delicatessen for every box.

The number of the items depends on the box type chosen:

  • Mashu Mashu Petite Box – 3-5 items
  • Mashu Mashu Boutique Box – 5-7 items
  • Mashu Mashu DeLuxe Box – 7-10  items
  • Mashu Mashu Grande Box* – 8-14 items

*Mashu Mashu Grande Box* available only in Gifts.

*Some of our Gifts have different number of products inside. Please find more info in description given to every gift.

4. Can I order products I liked on your website?

We do not currently offer online shopping per item. However, if there is a product you really wish to have, let us know and we will try and find a solution.

 

Shipping

1. How do I get the box?

It’s simple! Select a box/es, enter your shipping details, and proceed to checkout. Next, enter your billing details, and… you are all done!

We’ll send out your package via post or eco-post and you’ll receive it accordance with procedures set forth by a local postal service.

2. When do I get my package? When do you ship the box?

For monthly Subscription:

We send all monthly subscription boxes between 10th and 15th of each month. The cut-off date for joining the subscription for a box per month is on the 5th of the month.

For example: If you sign up for Subscription before the 5th of a particular month, the package will be delivered that month. If you sign up between the 6th and the 31st, your first package will be sent out the following month.

For quarterly Subscription:

We send all quarterly subscription boxes: between 10th and 15th of March, 10th and 15th of June, 10th and 15th of September and 10th and 15th of December so that it can reach you in April, July, October, and January respectively. If you sign up 5 days before the cut-off date – you will be missing the deadline for this quarter. In other words, if you sign up after March 5th, you will receive your box not in April but June.

For Holiday Subscription:

Because we send out a box for each holiday 3 weeks prior, the cut off date for each holiday is 4 weeks prior. So if you choose holiday subscription after the deadline, we can only process your order for that specific holiday next year.

For example – we will stop shipping holiday subscription boxes for Father’s Day  (June 17th) on May 27th. If you join the holiday subscription on May 20th or later – we will ship the Father’s Day Mashu Mashu box next year (June 17, next year).

For Gifts:

There are 2 options: we can send your gift within 3-6 work days – then the estimated delivery time is 2 to 4 weeks (sometimes faster) or we can ship it to a specific date.

Once your box is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Depending on your location, you should receive your box in approx. 7 to 20 business days.

The dates of delivery can vary depending on postal service regulations for domestic and international mail.

3. How much is shipping?

The shipping cost depends on the shipping destination. You’ll be able to see the total cost of shipping at checkout.

Please note that the shipping cost is not included in the box price but you will be able to see it in your account once you’ve added/ chosen shipment address.

4. How can I track the package?

As soon as we send out your package (gift or subscription), you will get an e-mail notification with all the details and tracking information so you can follow your box up until the point it reaches its final destination.

5. Can I ship to multiple addresses?

Yes, every gift or subscription can be shipped to different addresses so that you or your loved ones all get presents.

If you want to ship to several people, just let us know by filling in “order notes” in checkout or by emailing us at hello@mashumashubox.com.

Please note that one subscription can be shipped only to one address/person.

For example: you’ve joined our Monthly Subscription De-Luxe box – every month, we will ship it to one (and the same) address and all the boxes will come to the same person every month.

We are aware that things happen and in case you move – please notify us at hello@mashumashubox.com and the address will be changed accordingly.

6. How do I change my shipping address?

You can do it in your account on our website or by emailing us at hello@mashumashubox.com.

Be sure to do this before we ship.

Please note that if we have already sent the box to you it will arrive to the “old” address but next boxes will find their way to a new once.

7. Can you deliver a box for a specific date?

Subscription boxes are shipped according to the schedule, so you or your addressee get the next box approximately 7-20 days after we ship (depending on a country)

If you order a gift and want it to be delivered for a specific date – please let us know in purchase notes or email us at hello@mashumashubox.com. We will do our best to ship it right on time.

 

Payment & Cancellation

1. When will I be charged?
For Monthly Subscription – we charge every month, 5th of the month

For Quarterly Subscription – we charge every 5th of March (for April box), every 5th of June (for July box), every 5th of September (for October box) and every 5th of December (for January box).

For Holiday Subscription – we charge 4 weeks before upcoming holiday you have chosen.

For example: we will charge you on May 20th for one Holiday subscription box if you’ve chosen Father’s day in the list of Holidays, and after that – 4 weeks before the next holiday you’ve chosen.

Please note: When you join any subscription plan, your credit card will be charged immediately for your first subscription package and then rebilled on the scheduled dates in accordance with your subscription plan. All subscriptions are auto-renewed.

For Gifts – we will charge you on the date of your purchase.

2. I can’t proceed with the payment

Please check your card details once again. Make sure you have enough money on your card to make a purchase. Give it one more try.

If you still can’t make a purchase, please let us know on hello@mashumashubox.com.

3. What currency do you use?

We currently charge for everything either in US dollars; Israeli shekels; Russian Bubbles or Euros.

4. Can I cancel my Gift purchase?

We give you 24 hours after your order was payed. Be aware that we don’t have an option for cancelling an urgent gift purchase as we proceed with assembling the content the moment we receive your order. Still, you can contact us at orders@mashumashubox.com and we’ll try to help you.

5. Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Account & General Questions

1. Do I need to create an account?

Yes. We ask you to do so to be able to ship the boxes to you or to your addresses. This is also a good way to track down your boxes, manage your informations (including addresses), and get special offers or other promotional deals for Mashu Mashu Boxes!

2. I can’t log in! What should I do?

Try to refresh you web page and go to login once again. Please double-check your e-mail or password
or email us at hello@mashumashubox.com.

3. How do I change my shipping address?

You can always change or update your shipping address directly in your account.

Please note that we ship our boxes according to the schedule. Therefore, we kindly ask you to make all the changes at least a week prior to the shipment date to ensure your purchase goes to the right address.

4. What is the billing address and why should I fill it in?

The billing address is an address which the customer has provided to us as an address of contact and where they wish to receive the bill.

As we work worldwide, we need your billing address to send a “hard copy” of your bill in case you need it. Besides, this allows us to calculate customs tariffs in accordance with the relevant domestic regulations.

 

Return & Refund

1. Can I return the box?

We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges unless the item you received is proven to be defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at hello@mashumashubox.com with details of the product and the defect, photos, or/ and any other necessary information and we will try and offer an alternative solution.

2. What if my box does not arrive?

The estimated waiting period is up to 6 weeks. If your Mashu Mashu Box does not make it by the end of this period, we must be notified about it at hello@mashumashubox.com, so we can send you another box or return your money.

1. Who are your suppliers?

We work only with local manufacturers, artists, and designers.

We handpick every item we put in our boxes to ensure that the Mashu Mashu box you receive is of the finest quality!
