Delivery & Deadlines
- Free delivery is made to single address in Israel (center).
- In case of multiple address delivery (Israel and worldwide) fees will apply accordingly.
- In some cases (delivery in 2-3 days ) rush fee might apply.
- The deadline for delivery of the boxes to single address in Israel is 5 business days after the payment date and in case all necessary information has been provided beforehand and in time.
- In case of the order is over 150 boxes (per one order) the delivery time may be extended and be up to 10-15 business days after the payment date.
- In case of the order over 500 boxes (per one order) the delivery time may be extended and be up to 20-30 business days after the payment date.
- We kindly ask to notify us beforehand (3-4 weeks prior) about such orders for us to get ready and meet the deadlines.
Minimum order
For Hamudi boxes: minimum order – 50 boxes of the same type
For Travel boxes: either 20 boxes or total order sum over 2000 shekels
For mixed order: the minimum quantity to be discussed in each case individually
Return& Refund
The boxes can not be returned or refunded unless the item you received is proven to be defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at hello@mashumashubox.com with details of the product and the defect, photos, or/and any other necessary information and we will try to work out the solution.
