1 Date spread, Yoffi. Date Spread is made of the of the most fresh and ripe fruits of the date tree, it is low sugar and low calorie, and is excellent as a tasty enriching addition for pastries, cheese, ice creams and pancakes (to replace the maple syrup). It is even used to season casseroles. Yoffi’s date spread is Kosher (Parve) and made in Israel, by an Israeli boutique factory.
